解读学生 学情分析 本课时的教学对象是八年级学生，这些学生已经积累的一定词汇量，能够用所学英语就某一话题展开讨论，但在学习过程中，有一些学生已经把英语看成单纯的靠背诵学习的科目，所以在学习的过程中积极性不高。因此本课设计创设贴切的真实的语言环境和情境，组织和实施各种形式的课堂活动，为学生创设自主、探究、合作的空间，把他们吸引到课堂中，使他们积极参与课堂活动。
解读教材 教材分析 卡通故事是少年儿童喜欢的话题，每个学生都有自己喜欢的卡通人物和卡通故事，本模块的内容能激发学生的学习兴趣。本单元是大明和Tony的对话，两人谈论做完作业后该看什么卡通片，通过对话可以看出两人有不同的喜好。但最终达成一致，观看《猫和老鼠》。在教学中，要求学生不仅能听懂对话，能够提取信息，还能模仿对话简单描述自己喜欢的卡通人物。
教学目标 会认读本单元重点单词进行听力训练，提高听力技巧能够简单描述自己喜欢的卡通人物并说明原因通过本单元的学习，感受卡通人物身上所蕴含的美好品质

教学反思：本课力求通过谈论卡通人物及其特征，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生理解对话的能力。教学过程中根据学生的特点，采取同桌合作，小组合作交流相结合的方法，积极鼓励学生进行对话练习，并敢于大胆展示自己。教学过程注重环节之间的有效联系，精心设计，导入自然，做到环环相扣，由浅入深，使学生学以致用。听力环节注重听力答题技巧的训练，整合教材听力内容，制作与中考听力一致的题型，让学生在日常学习中得到题型训练。但在教学课堂用语和环节之间的衔接用于还不够熟练，课后需要加强课堂教学用语的训练。
