When it comes to the earth, what's your first impression Have you noticed some serious problems the earth is suffering from
The earth has seen an explosion of plastic waste.Plastic usage has caused many problems for natural ecosystems and even our health.Plastic bags are often eaten by animals, causing them to die.Furthermore, they take an extremely long time to break down and cost millions of dollars a year to clean up .
Many animals are being hunted illegally to make profits,leading to their population dropping sharply.
People drop litter in the sea and every place so carelessly that their habitats are being polluted and becoming smaller,making them extinct and endangered.
Large amounts of rubbish and waste water are being poured into the river , as a consequence,water sources have become badly polluted.
The development of industry and heavy traffic jams have resulted in air pollution.The serious air pollution warns human beings that the production and uses of fossil energy have brought heavy burden to the earth.
The environmental problems are
alarming and becoming a global
concern.
We human beings are damaging the
earth.The earth is our homeland and
we have only one earth.
As students,it is urgent and necessary
for us to save energy,reduce pollution
and live a low-carbon life.

We are writing this letter to call on everyone to take part in the Clear Your Plate campaign. It urges people to save food by not wasting anything on the dining table. You may not know over 30% of the world's food is wasted, while many people in poor areas do not have enough to eat. in order to save food, we propose:
1 Do not order more than you need in the school canteen.
2 Order less and take leftover food home when dining in restaurants.
3 Call on family members and friends to take part in the campaign.
Reducing daily food waste by just 5% could save millions of people from starvation. Let's start doing what we can to make the world a greener, cleaner place!
