加拿大的国旗上，枫叶有什么深层意思？
加拿大素有“枫叶之国”的美誉，枫树是加拿大的国树。运用枫叶为国旗元素，表达了加拿大的人民对枫树的热爱，也是加拿大民族的象征，白色是代表国土，因为加拿大领土面积为998万平方千米，其中有许多地方都是在北极圈内，所以，国旗上的白色代表“雪”，而枫叶象征“生活在加拿大富饶国土上辛勤努力的人民” 。
