Before watching，ask students to discuss what they know about Earth University in Guacimo，Costa Rica. They can also read the brief introduction on Page 60.
Earth University Earth University is a special university in Costa Rica, where students learn sustainable farming methods that can protect the environment.

Jia Sixie was a government official from Shandong Province who conducted a lot of agricultural research in the sixth century.
