动词原形变为动词过去式共有四种有规律构成方法： 方法1：一般在动词末尾加“ed”。 play→played　　 clean→cleaned　　　watch→watched
方法2：以不发音e结尾的动词，在词尾只加“d”。 live→lived　　　 like→liked　　　 　
move（搬）→moved
方法3：以辅音字母加y结尾的动词，先把y改为i，再加“ed”。 study→studied　 worry（担心）→worried　
try（尝试）→tried
方法4：重读闭音节的动词，先双写最后一个辅音字母，再加“ed”。 stop（停）→stopped　plan（计划）→planned
fit（合适）→fitted drop（落下）→dropped

动词原形变为动词过去式的无规律构成方法可以总结两种情况： AA型 let（让）→let　　　 put（放）→put　　 hurt（受伤）→hurt　　 read（读，看）→read cut（砍）→cut hit（打）→hit
must（必须）→must cost（花费）→cost
AB型 see→saw　　 go→went　　　 am/is→was　　　 　　
are→were fly（飞）→flew　　　sleep（睡觉）→slept swim→swam　　　 do/does→did don't/doesn't→didn’t　　
have→had　　　 take→took
所谓AA型就是动词过去式与动词原形相同，所谓AB型就是动词过去式与动词原形不大相同。
