Just as the saying goes, you are what you eat. However, people repeatedly ignore it. Many often skip breakfast while others are always disturbed by eating too much. Many are addicted to snacks and sugary drinks and others are particular about food. All these bad habits will surely make us worn out and will do harm to our physical and mental health.
In response to these problems, self-discipline really counts. We should reward ourselves with a good eating habit. Never should we skip breakfast as it’s very important for us to stay dynamic in class. Besides, live on a good diet, which should be composed of proper amounts of fish, meat, fruit and vegetables. Only in this way can we keep dynamic and get refreshed.
