Do you like to go to the library If you are lucky, you may meet a pig there. Her name is Daisy II. The pig star travels to different libraries for story hours. She helps teach children that reading is fun.

36 expats(外籍人士)in Shenzhen took part in a blood donation(献血)activity at the Huaqiangbei blood donation centre yesterday, with 28 of them donating 10,300 ml of blood. The activity was first held by three Indian families.Most group members are from India and Nepal.
Varun, an Indian, came to Shenzhen five years ago. His wife Pooja also helped organize(组织)the activity. “We started it a year ago. We want everyone to be part of it. It doesn't matter which country they come from. It's all about how to give back to the city,” Pooja said.
