1. Teaching contents: Story Time from Unit 1 Playtime. It’s in Grade 2. The press is Sichuan Education Publishing.This topic is to talk about playtime. Such a topic is related to students’ real daily life. This lesson is the fifth period and it is reading class.If the students learn this part well ,it will be helpful to consolidate the whole unit.
2. Analyse the students:
The students in Grade 2 have learned English for more than 2 years. They can speak some simple English well . They have taken great interest in learning English . And they are eager to learn and show. So in my class,I’ll design as many activities as I can to encourage my students to show themselves bravely. I also use some encourage leadings . Such as :Don’t be shy ; Good job; Well done .I believe my students can learn better in this way.
