教师活动:Show ss some pictures and ask them questions
学生活动: Answer questions and say something about picures.
设计意图:Let ss know what is a healthy and unhealthy lifestyle and know some words and expressions about different TV programmes.

Reading
教师活动:Give ss reading task and related questions
学生活动:Read the two passages by skimming and scanning and finish the tasks
设计意图:Teach ss two reading skills

Post-reading
教师活动:present a question for ss to have a discussion.
学生活动: Work in pairs and have a discussion and then report their results of discussion
设计意图:Make sure ss know what is a healthy lifestyle and try to have a healthy life in the future

布置作业
Review the whole lesson and write a composition about what is a healthy lifestyle. Find out some sentences with present simple and present continuous and point out the differences between them.
