“to” 表示方位，含义是即一个地方在另一个地方的范围之外，互不管辖。尤其当两个地方相隔较远，且有湖泊、大海等区域相隔时，通常用?to

读写课教学设计
教学年级：初二
学情分析：本模块以家乡为题材，学生比较感兴趣且不陌生，便于开展活动。并且学生在经过第一单元的学习后，对形容词比较级的语法现象已经有了一定的认识和掌握。所以本节课主要是借助模块中的学习材料，帮助学生掌握关于方位，位置的语法现象，并指导学生用所学语言简单介绍自己的家乡。
教学目标：
1.知识目标：让学生掌握本单元出现的新词汇和重点短语句子；学会运用表方位和位置的句型。
2.能力目标：运用skimming, scanning等阅读技巧和阅读策略，借助Tony介绍自己家乡的文章，对学生进行阅读训练，提高阅读水平；
指导学生参照范例，运用所学语言简单介绍自己的家乡，并完成“我美丽的家乡”手抄报的写作任务。
3.情感态度目标：通过本节课的学习，培养学生热爱家乡，宣传家乡，热爱祖国的美好情感。
4.文化意识目标：要让学生了解英国英格兰地区的风物地理，开阔孩子的视野。
教法和学法：PWP阅读法，小组合作互助学习法，讨论法等。
设计思路：

说课稿
各位领导，各位老师，大家下午好，
首先非常感谢领导给了我这次展示自己，并向专家和同行学习的的机会。接下来我就简单说说我对这节课的设计。有什么不当的地方或不完善的地方请大家给我指出来，我会在以后的教学工作中好好改进。
一．教学内容方面：
本模块主要以家乡为题材，围绕方位，位置及形容词的比较级等语法现象，开展听说读写活动。今天我讲的这节课是Module2 的第二单元，是一节读写课。学生在经过第一单元的学习后，对形容词比较级的语法现象已经有了一定的认识和掌握。所以本节课主要是借助模块中的学习材料，对学生进行阅读训练，帮助学生掌握关于方位，位置的语法现象，并指导学生用所学语言简单介绍自己的家乡。所以整个课堂教学我设计了两个大的活动。一是，引导学生精读教材文章，二是，读后引导学生参照范例，进行仿写训练。
二．教学目标方面：
通过这节课的教学设计，我们要实现的教学目标就是：
知识目标：要让学生掌握本单元出现的新词汇和重点短语句子；学会运用表方位和位置的句型。
能力目标：运用skimming, scanning等阅读技巧和阅读策略，借助Tony介绍自己家乡的文章，对学生进行阅读训练，提高阅读水平；
指导学生参照范例，运用所学语言简单介绍自己的家乡，并完成“我美丽的家乡”手抄报的写作任务。
情感态度目标：通过本节课的学习，要培养学生热爱家乡，宣传家乡，热爱祖国的美好情感。
文化意识目标：要让学生了解英国英格兰地区的风物地理，开阔孩子的视野。
三．教法和学法方面：
采用PWP阅读法，小组合作互助学习法，讨论法等。
四．教学重点方面：
利用教材提供的素材内容对学生进行有效的阅读训练和写作训练。
五．教学过程的活动设计：
因为本单元教材，提供给我们的素材内容是来自于英格兰的Tony Smith介绍自己家乡的一篇文章，内容是介绍英格兰风物地理的，所以读前的热身导入环节，我就从英格兰入手。通过与学生简单的free talk之后，我播放了介绍英格兰风光的一段视频。目的一是通过视频，让学生们真切感受美丽的英格兰风光，开阔视野，激发学生的学习兴趣，活跃课堂气氛。目的二是，导出文本中表名胜的词汇，为下面的阅读扫清词汇障碍。接着再通过和学生谈论英格兰地图，导入本单元表示方位，位置的新句型并操练；而后利用让学生弄清托尼的家乡这一任务，导入阅读。
读中环节，通过fast-reading, 让学生进行段落和段落大意的搭配，引导学生获取表层信息，并训练学生的skimming阅读技巧。通过careful-reading, 训练学生的细节阅读技能。活动1：读第一段回答有关托尼家乡的4个问题，并诵读答案。活动2：读第二段，完成London的表格，并诵读答案。诵读答案的目的是为后面的写作训练进行语言上的储备。活动3：合读3，4段，判断4个有关英格兰信息的句子正误，训练学生对英格兰信息的细节把握能力。
读后环节，因为这是精读课文，课文中的语言知识点也要让学生扎实掌握。所以在读后部分，我设计了学一学的环节。先让学生自己细读文章找自己的难点和疑点，老师解答。而后再让学生完成学生材料上的语言知识点的学习任务。教师点拨。
学一学之后，我安排了两个说的活动，即活动一，引导学生根据图表提示，口头说说托尼的家乡，活动二，让学生根据“学生使用材料”上提示的潍坊信息，对自己的家乡—潍坊，进行结对问答练习。通过这两个活动，目的是帮学生形成由学习英国某地介绍到学写自己的家乡潍坊的仿写思路。并为即将进行的语言输出活动--制作英语手抄报介绍自己的家乡潍坊，做好语言储备。
说之后就是本节课的第二大活动--写作。通过说的训练活动之后，学生已经知道了如何去写，再有通过制作英语手抄报的形式进行写作训练这种方式，学生乐于接受，积极性高，所以整个写作训练就会轻松而有效。另外在训练学生的简单写作的同时，也对学生进行了人文教育，教育孩子热爱自己的家乡，宣传自己的家乡。还培养了学生的合作互助，共用完成任务的良好品质。
最后，就是作业。让学生查找资料，给好友托尼发一封电子邮件，来介绍我们美丽的祖国。一是为了巩固写作训练，二是再次深化人文教育，引导学生既要热爱自己美丽的家乡，更要热爱我们美丽的祖国。
这就是我对这节课的理解和设计，其中肯定有很多不足的地方，希望大家批评指正，我会认真学习，好好改进。最后再一次对于指导过我的领导和帮助过我的同事们表示感谢。
