一、Teaching aims:
Knowledge aims: Ss can read and understand the new words: ride, bike, swim, skip and say these sentences: I like swimming. I don't like skipping.
Ability aims: Ss can use the sentence pattern “I like ... I don't like ... ” and the new words to express their likes and dislikes of sports.
Emotional aims: Ss are willing to speak English.

Teaching Key Point: Ss can use the sentence pattern “I like ... I don't like ... ” and the new words to express their likes and dislikes of sports.
Teaching Difficult Point: Ss can be aware of the use of “ride”,“swim”, ”skip” in key sentences.

Step1: Pre-listening
1. Chant. (Module 3 Unit 2 Activity 4)
2. Look and think. T: Does Amy like swimming (做游泳的动作) Yes or no Ss: Yes. T: Why do you judge that Amy likes swimming / Why do you say yes 为什么说是/Amy 喜欢游泳? Ss: ... 允许学生说中文 T: Because she’s laughing. She’s happy. PPT展示第二幅图,T: Now Does Amy like swimming Ss: No! T: Why do you judge that Amy doesn’t like swimming / Why do you say no 为什么说不/Amy 不喜欢游泳? Ss: ... 允许学生说中文 T: Because she’s crying. She’s unhappy. T: What happened Now let’s have a look. T: Is it really a shark? 是真的鲨鱼吗? Ss: ... 【让学生会看图看表情判断是喜欢还是不喜欢。】
3. Listen, point and say. T: Please open your book to page 17. Let's listen the tape, point to the picture and pay attention to the new word 游泳. Learn the new word : swim swimming 小组读,开火车读,单个同学读。请同学们一起用手在空中写,跟老师一起板书。板书要先写swim 再加写ming
Step2 While-listening
1. Look and say. T: Pay attention to the pronunciation, intonation and your expression. I like ... or I don’t like ... Ss: I like swimming.
2. Look, listen and judge. T: I like skipping. Ss: No. T: Excellent! We should say ... 我们应该说。。。?看看学生能不能听出来,之后点读笔揭晓答案。
Learn the new word: skip, 小组读,开火车读,单个同学读。请同学们一起用手在空中写,跟老师一起板书。先写skip再加写ping
3. Look and say. T: Pay attention to the pronunciation, intonation and your expression. I like ... or I don’t like ... Ss: I like skipping.
4. Listen and say. 可以先用哪个点读笔播放音频,试试让学生说出听到的句子。之后示句子 Learn the new words: ride, bike 板书时写了ride,再写riding。
5. Watch, listen and imitate. 提醒学生注意看表情。
Step3 Post-listening
1. Sharp eyes.
2. Chant.

Skip, skip, I like skipping.

Step 4 Homework
1. Listen and imitate the new words, A1 and A2 three times. 听音并模仿跟读新单词和活动一、二部分内容三遍。
2. Copy the letters and the words (P19 A6), the new words and the key sentences (P17 A1) once. 抄写第19页A6的字母和单词以及本单元新单词和第17页A1的句子一遍。
3. Introduce your favourite colour, animal, sport to your family and friends. 给家人和朋友介绍你最喜欢的颜色、动物和运动。I like ... / My favourite colour is ... I don't like ...
4. 完成同步练习册Module 3 Unit 2和单元综合训练部分。
