一般过去时表示在过去某个时间所发生 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )的动作或所处的状态。常与yesterday, yesterday morning/afternoon/evening, last week/month/year, in 1989, just now, a moment ago, ten years ago, the other day等连用。www.21-cn-jy.com
注意：表示一系列的动作，尽管有先后 ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )，都用一般过去时，最后两个动词之间用and连结。如：He opened the door, rushed out and then disappeared. 他打开门，冲了出去，然后就消失了。
规则动词的过去式变化如下：
1. 一般情况下，动词词尾加 -ed ，如： ( http: / / www.21cnjy.com )worked played wanted acted
2. 以不发音的 -e 结尾动词，动词词尾加 -d，如： lived moved hoped raised
3. 以辅音字母 + y结尾的动词，把-y变为-i 再加-ed，如：studied tried cried carried
4. 以一个辅音字母结尾的重读闭音节动词，双写词尾辅音字母，再加 -ed，如： stopped dropped planned 2·1·c·n·j·y
不规则动词的过去式：
a.过去式与动词原形的拼写形式相同：
