教学目标
知识目标:
1.能听、说、认读表示时间的单词:tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, morning, afternoon, evening并能在日常生活中运用。
2.能用句型What will the weather be like… 询问未来的天气,并会用It will be…进行回答 .并能在实际情景中实际运用。
能力目标:
1.能够谈论有关城市的天气;
2.能用英语做简单的天气预报;
3.培养学生的注意力、观察力等综合能力,鼓励学生积极思维,挖掘学生们运用语言的创造能力。
情感、策略、文化目标:
激发学生学习语言的兴趣,培养学生的合作意识、创新精神和自主学习的能力;了解我国城市名称、天气等信息。

采用情景法、直观法、多媒体辅助法等教学方法。由英语天气预报,创设外语语言氛围,激发学生学习兴趣。

教学过程
【导入】一、Warm up
1.Chant:hot,hot so hot ,hot hot, so hot, It’s so hot in summer.
2.Free talk: What’s the weather like today
3.利用自制的简笔画卡片复习表示天气的单词:hot, windy, sunny,
warm, snowy, cold, cloudy, cool, rainy
【讲授】二、presentation
1.用gogo这个书中人物引出课题,T: Today gogo come to our class,he will learn with us together. Are you happy Now,today we will talk about the “weather”. show the tipic: unit 9 What will the weather be like .
2.教学新单词:tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, 课件出示日历,
T:what’s the date today (April 28th) What about April 29th 由此引出tomorrow, the day after tomorrow,这两个新单词,接着one by one读新单词,让学生个个过关。
3.教学新单词morning , afternoon, evening 课件出示图片进行教学新单词。
4.用看口型说单词的方式操练新单词。
5.课件出示图片,T: The time is tomorrow. The weather is windy,
we can say : It will be windy tomorrow.接着用天气的简笔画图片操练句型It will be …
6.用gogo提问题引出新的问句:What will the weather be like tomorrow 用不同的时间操练新问句。
7.Pair work the sentences. Ask and answer in two students.
【活动】三、Practice
1.Let’s guess. 一学生上讲台面向全体学生,全班同学问What will the weather be like ,那位同学就用It will be …猜测天气。
2.Weather report. 教师示范一次怎样作天气预报,接着叫同学上来作天气预报员.在此过程中进行思想教育。
3.T:The weather is cloudy now, what will the weather be like this afternoon 让学生画出简笔天气图,并make a sentence with “It will be …this afternoon.”
4.带同学们去旅游,出示一张中国地图,把旅游路线标出,然后去查天气预报,让学生回答:What will the weather be like in Hong Kong/Xi’an/Shenyang /Beijing
