1)对话的描述一定要以推进剧情为目的,是情节发展的一个环节,每段出现一两句即可;
2)对话描写必须反映人物的心理与情感,展现人物的性格;
3)对话描写不宜过长,要侧重口语化词汇,避开生僻词汇;
4)对话描写要尽可能结合动作描写,明确对谁说,具有画面感;
5)对话描写中要学会使用几个感叹词,加强表示说话人的喜、怒、哀、乐等情绪;
Part 1
She said,“I would like to go with you, but I haven’t finished my homework.”
“I would like to go with you, but I haven’t finished my homework.”She said.
“I would like to go with you,”she said, “but I haven’t finished my homework.”
“I would like to go with you, but I haven’t finished my homework.”said Emily(或者Emily said.)
“I would like to go with you,”said Emily/ Emily said, “but I haven’t finished my homework.”
Part 2
“Hey, how are you ” “I’m fine, how are you ”
“How is the weather ” “Terrific! Nice day for a walk, isn’t it ”
“That is fantastic news,” he said happily.
建议改为:“That is fantastic news!” he said/screamed/exclaimed.
Her eyes reflected the candlelight as she smiled at her son. “Everyone is unique. Just follow your heart and be yourself!”
"I can't believe it," Emma gasped. (gasp
"That's funny," Henry chuckled. (chuckled.
这里把动作描写和动作标签 混淆了,试想谁能gasp(喘息)、chuckle(轻笑)出一句话?
"I can't believe it," Emma said with a gasp.
(对话标签Emma said+ with介词短语)
Emma gasped. "I can't believe it."
"I can't believe it." Emma gasped.
"That's funny!" Henry chuckled.
"That's funny," Henry said, chuckling.
(Question tag+
“I told you already,” I said, glaring.
I glared at him. “I told you already.”
Part 3
“I would love to,” said Emily in a pleasant tone.
这里用到了“in a pleasant tone. ”,即“用一种愉快的语气”,基本结构为:in a/an+形容词+tone
如: in a pleasant愉悦的/firm坚定的/rude粗鲁的/sad悲伤的 tone
也可以用 in a tone of +名词的搭配,如:
in a tone of surprise用一种惊讶的语气
in a tone of curiosity用一种好奇的语气
in a tone of impatience用一种不耐烦的语气
in a tone of command用一种命令的语气
“I didn’t mean to,” she murmured in a low voice.
声音”,基本结构是: in a/an+形容词+voice
如: in a high /low / sweet/loud/soft /weak voice 用一个高/低/甜/响亮/软/弱的声音
“I...I.. don’t think I’m right for the part,”I replied with embarrassment.“我...
“I will never do that again,” I answered firmly. 加上了副词firmly(坚定地)
Firmly,I answered,“I will never do that again.”
Example 1
To our surprise, Dad was mad about it, yelling at us,“Don't you know touching is not allowed What on earth have you done "
Example 2
Seeing this, my father lovingly held my hands and said to me,“Sweetheart, I believe your mother must want you to live happily, so say goodbye to the past and embrace the present. Your brother and I will always be with you."
Example 3
Buzz! The lights return.“Yeah, no more candles!" My mother yells, pulling me away from my fantasy.
Example 4
A week later, her father once again asked Jenny after her story.“Jenny, you love me, don't you Give me your pearls, okay " "Daddy, why must you ask for the pearls " Jenny refused again.“Not only did I finish all those chores, but also I spent the dollar bill given for my birthday just to pay for it." They both fell into silence. Then her father smiled, comforting her with a warm hug.“That's okay, darling. Good night.'
Several days later, when Jenny's father came in to read her a story as usual, he was surprised to find something under the story book, which turned out to be the necklace.“Daddy, now you can have it." Jenny raised her head,“You know, I love you." Her father was moved beyond words. Slowly, he pulled something out of his pocket. It was a pretty necklace with real pearls shining.“The more you are willing to give, the more you are likely to receive. That's the real meaning of sharing and giving." Her father helped Jenny put on the necklace.
“You know, I love you, little one."
对于此文中的对话,小编也想提出一些建议:①"Not only did I finish all those chores, but also I spent the dollar bill given for my birthday just to pay for it."
建议改为“It's mine! My efforts!"
Part 4
He stiffened(僵硬) for seconds and then shuffled (拖曳、慢慢走) his feet forward, eyes red with fury(愤怒) but without any fear or hesitation.
2. George and I stood there dumbfounded(哑然失声的,发楞的) watching him finishing the whole job, gratitude and admiration rushing in my heart(感激和仰慕涌入我心).
3. Hearing the bad news, Mary fainted away on the spot and fell into unconsciousness.(当场晕倒,陷入昏迷)
4. His eyes widened further and his mouth opened. He took a huge breath as if winded(喘不过气). He looked tortured-vulnerable.
5. Approaching me with a great deal of obvious discomfort, Tommy looked up at me with pleading(乞求的)eyes.
6. There was a light touch on my hand; looking down, I saw my son looking at me, curious.
7. Every knock on the door fills me with expectation(让我充满期待). I immediately picture him walking through(想象某人做某事) the door.
8. He looked out of the window, biting his lips, as if thinking.
9. At the sight of the ferocious wolf, I was seized by a strong sense of horror and my palms were sweating.
10. Upon hearing the bad news, her heart ached, tears streaming down her cheeks.
愤怒时说可以用:shouted, yelled, barked, warned etc.;
羡慕地说admired;
安慰地说comforted;
激动地说可以用: shouted, yelled, exclaimed etc.;
坚定地说 declared;
坚持说insisted;
命令说 commanded;
警告说warned etc.
高兴地说可以用:smiled, screamed, cheered, laughed etc.;
悲伤地说可以用: cried, mumbled, sobbed, sighed etc.;
嘲笑说sneered;
责备说scolded;
要求说demanded;
威胁说 threatened;
开玩笑地说: teased, joked;
笑着说可以用:laughed, giggled, roared etc.;
继续说: continued;
强调说emphasized;
回忆说remembered, recalled;

On a bright, warm July afternoon, Mac Hollan, a primary school teacher, was cycling from his home to Alaska with his friends. One of his friends had stopped to make a bicycle repair, but they had encouraged Mac to carry on, and they would catch up with him soon. As Mac pedaled (骑行) along alone, he thought fondly of his wife and two young daughters at home. He hoped to show them this beautiful place someday.
Then Mac heard quick and loud breathing behind him. “Man, that's a big dog!” he thought. But when he looked to the side, he saw instantly that it wasn’t a dog at all, but a wolf, quickly catching up with him.
Mac’s heart jumped. He found out his can of hear spray. With one hand on the bars, he fired the spray at the wolf. A bright red cloud enveloped the animal, and to Mac's relief, it fell back, shaking its head. But a minute later, it was by his side again. Then it attacked the back of Mac's bike, tearing open his tent bag. He fired at the wolf a second time, and again, it fell back only to quickly restart the chase (追赶).
Mac was pedaling hard now. He waved and yelled at passing cars but was careful not to slow down. He saw a steep uphill climb before him. He knew that once he hit the hill, he’d be easy caught up and the wolf’s teeth would be tearing into his flesh.
At this moment, Paul and Becky were driving their car on their way to Alaska. They didn’t think much of it when they saw two cyclists repairing their bike on the side of the road. A bit later, they spotted what they, too, assumed was a dog running alongside a man on a bike. As they got closer, they realized that the dog was a wolf. Mac heard a large vehicle behind him. He pulled in front of it as the wolf was catching up fast, just a dozen yards away now.

Chris Dykstra hadn’t expected what began as a casual walk around the neighborhood with the family one night led to a journey of friendship.
Chris Dykstra, a traffic manager in Shorewood, Illinois had noticed a few raccoons (浣熊) wandering around his garbage. However, he didn’t think too much of it. One night when his wife Julie was taking their four children for a walk after dinner, they tracked the raccoons back to their neighbor’s roof. A further investigation showed that the raccoons had chewed a hole in the neighbor’s roof and were living in her attic (阁楼).
The couple had lived in their current home for five years. Yet they had very little contact with the neighbor. They knew her first name was Dorene and that she liked to watch their children play in the backyard, and that’s about it.
Concerned for their neighbor’s well-being, Julie decided to knock on the door to make their neighbor aware of the raccoons living in the attic. Julie knocked on the door and rang the doorbell, but no one answered. She decided to ask the local police department to do a wellness check on their neighbor.
Two police officers and an animal control officer visited the neighbor’s home to conduct a wellness check. This time the neighbor — Miss Dorene Shock — opened the door. Miss Shock was surprised to see someone check in on her. The officers made her aware of the raccoons in her attic.
Having been told the whole thing, Miss Shock welcomed Julie into her house. After touring the house, Julie learned that Miss Shock lived a poor life. Her home barely had any furniture, and she even didn’t have a TV set. Besides, her house was in need of additional repairs and updates including new light bulbs.

One Sunday last year, eight of us hiked for a couple of hours through the desert near San Diego to reach Thunder Canyon Cave. We had to abseil(沿绳滑下)through an icy waterfall to get inside, so we put on our wet suits and lowered ourselves 30 feet down. By 11:00 a.m. we were inside. After we climbed further, we reached a nine-inch crack. Having moved for four hours, I was tired and wet.
The group leader, Luca, was guiding three cavers. One of them, Steve got stuck in the crack. There was 10 minutes of pulling and pushing until Steve was free. He was tired and needed to leave. Luca, assuming I’d been through the crack before, guided Steve through the cave for another 15 minutes to an exit. I was second from last to go through. I didn’t realize that Luca wasn’t there — if I’d known, I wouldn’t have attempted the crack, as I needed an experienced guide.
The challenge is to put your feet first down the length of the crack, and then move your body sideways to swing along, before dropping five feet to the floor of the next space. On my first attempt, I knew I wouldn’t make it through, but the group encouraged me to try again. I didn’t want to inconvenience anyone by having to make the long trip back through the cave, so I backed out and took off my wetsuit. In just my T-shirt, I tried to slide through again but my hips(屁股)were trapped. My feet were hanging on the other side and my left arm supported my body. My hand rested on a wooden board that had been left covering boulders(大圆石) to protect cavers from slipping. Luca returned and the team tried everything to shift me as I mentally focused on escape.
After two hours my arm weakened, so I slid further into the crack, where the gap was only 8.5 inches wide. My body weight was on my left hand, my back and chest touching the cold stone walls. The guy behind me, Jim, tried unsuccessfully to pull me back. Of course, I was blocking his escape, too.

The car abruptly stopped in front of him. Seeing Paul wave at him kindly and open the car door for him, Mac jumped off his bicycle and rushed into the car without any hesitation. No sooner had the poor man got in than Paul closed the door instantly. The wolf walked around the car and howled furiously at them, but just in vain. Realizing it couldn’t catch Mac any more, the wolf ultimately gave up and walked away gloomily. On spotting the wolf swallowed by the road, Mac, bathed in perspiration, sighed with relief and sank down to the back seat. Paul handed a bottle of water to Mac, who managed a weak smile, murmuring something like “Thank you”.
A few minutes later, the other two cyclists arrived. Knowing that Mac had been chased by a wolf, they were stumped for words and paralyzed with fear. The two friends extended their earnest gratitude to Paul for rescuing Mac and then took Mac back home. After such a terrible experience, the splendid landscape of Alaska seemed no longer to be a temptation to them. On the way back home, feeling the light breeze through his hair, Mac felt what happened just now was just a nightmare, but a warm glow flooded into his inner heart as he thought of Paul’s unselfish assistance. The most precious part of humans is their care for each other.

Soon, Henry's tabloid was in circulation, which he cheerfully delivered from door to door as before.
