教学目标和要求:
1、?在第一和第二课时的基础上进一步复习和巩固本单元的英文名字及句型:
Nancy, David, Su Yang, Liu Tao. What’s your name? My name is ….
2、能在日常生活中熟练运用What’s your name? My name is….来介绍自己。
教学重点和难点:
1、对句型What’s your name? My name is…. 的正确理解和使用。
2、英文名字Nancy, David, Su Yang, Liu Tao的正确发音。
三.课前准备:
单词卡片,多媒体课件等。
四.教学过程:
Step 1 : Review the words of Part B
1. Sing a song of Part D
2 .Revision:
T: Show the pictures of Part B quickly and ask students to call out their names at once. Then show more pictures of cartoon characters and tell Ss to call out their names.
教师通过扩展人物的名字,可以使学生的注意力充分地集中起来。
Keys: Mickey, Kitty, Cool, Snoopy.
3. Follow and say.
教师手中拿着七张打乱顺序的人物图片,让学生一齐跟读。但要求是如果教师说的名字和图片一致就跟读,若不一致,就不发出任何声音,保持安静。谁违反了这一规定即淘汰。
T: Now you have gone through these names quickly, so it is time for us to make a competition. Here are some pictures. You should follow me to call out their names, if it is right. When it is wrong, you should keep quiet.
Step 2 : Presentation :
Play a game: In the library
教师通过一个发放图书证的游戏来引导学生运用本课语言“领”“发”图书证。
1) Make a name card
Ask students to make a name card for themselves and they should pay attention to the way of writing names in English.
2) In the library
Divide the students into several groups in four. One student is the library keeper and others are students. The library keeper will give the name cards to the right students with the sentence “Hello. What’s your name?” The students will get the cards with the sentence “ My name is ….”
教师先向学生解释清楚游戏的做法,然后做示范,给学生初步演示游戏的规则。并且将学生分成四人一组进行游戏。
教师出示板书A: Hello. What’s your name?
B: My name is….
Practice: Do workbook
通过练习册上的练习检测学生的掌握程度,也使学生在听、说、读、写等方面进行一次全面的训练。
A Listen and judge
Ask students to listen and judge whether the name is right for the picture or not. If the name is wrong, the students should give the right name for the picture.
做练习时,如果名字和图片不相符,教师应该让学生说出正确的名字。

B Listen and respond
Ask students to listen and answer the questions with the pictures.
教师应该多请几位学生进行回答,然后再进行对错的评定。
D Look and say
Ask students to look at the pictures carefully and make dialogues with the sentences which students have learnt.
教师应该鼓励学生创新,不要局限在本课的句型上,可以使用以前学过的一些句型: This is … Good morning. Is this …? Yes.等。
