一、教学内容分析：
本节课是第四单元第五课的第一课时。教学内容有：单词candle，map，mom，短语tell a joke,以及句型“I want a/an/some...”
二、教学目标:
1、语言知识目标：
通过本课时的学习，学生能掌握单词mom，candle，map和词组tell a joke，以及句型＂I want...＂，并将a／an／some和可数或不可
数名词进行正确搭配。
2、语言技能目标： 在设计的情境下，进行简单的英语交流，能用I want表达自己的意愿。
3、情感态度目标：
学生能清楚、准确地描述自己想要的和喜欢的，也能关心他人的想法。
三、教学重难点：
1、教学重点：
1）单词candle, map，tell a joke的发音与记忆。
2）能用句型 I want ...表达愿望和需要并将其应用于日常生活。
2、教学难点：能够用a/an/some与可数或不可数名词进行搭配。
四、教学准备：多媒体，单词图片，录音机，蜡烛。

一、Greetings：

二、导入

Ss: Yes,I’m very happy.

Step1、
T:Now,look.what are these on the birthday cake
Ss：蜡烛。
