一、教学目标
1.知识目标:
(1). 四会单词:ill, fever, cough, headache, stomachache, toothache, speak, hear 。 (
2). 能听懂并会用I’m ill today. I have a fever. Do you have a headache 等句型进行对话。
2.能力目标: 能用所学词语和句子谈论和描述疾病。
3.情感目标: 让学生平时注意睡眠和饮食,加强锻炼,保持良好的生活习惯,减少疾病。
二、学情分析
经过三年的学习,六年级学生已具备一定的英语水平。这一课时的教学内容来源于学生的日常生活,再加上以前学过身体部位的单词,学生的应变能力和学习积极性有很大提高

Step1. Lead-in
T: Class begins !
S: Stand up ! Good morning , teacher !
T: Good morning , students ! Nice to meet you ! S:Nice to meet you , too!
T: How are you S: I’m fine ,thank you .
T: Sit down please ! S: Thank you , teacher !
T: Welcome to our class . Now is our English time. First, let’s watch a small video . What’s wrong with the girl (教师打开多媒体,播放小视频)
S: 她生病了。
T: Yes,she is ill. 是的,她生病了。那么,她生了什么病呢?这节课学完之后你就知道了。
Step 2. Presentation:
T: be ill 生病 . Read follow me ( 并板书于黑板上)
S: 学生跟读三遍
T: 我生病了。How to say in English 她生病了。How to say in English
他生病了。How to say in English 你生病了。How to say in English
S: I am ill. She is ill. He is ill. You are ill.
T: Yeah, very good .
T: (呈现生病的图片引出短语)have a fever, have a cough ,have a stomachache, have a headache ,have a toothache 。
S: 总结单词的共同点:stomachache,headache,toothache。
T: Great . (继续呈现单词图片引出speak, hear )
S: (快速复习所学单词,师问生答,师汉语生英语。)Spell them .
T: Present “Listen and say ” . ---I’m ill. ---Do you have a headache ---Yes. I have a headache (此处引出句型: ---I’m ill. ---Do you have a … ---Yes. I have a …并板书于黑板上)。 教师领读新句型,然后找学生读,同桌对话练习读,直至学生熟练掌握。然后做练习(Practice)
Step 3. Role play
T: (老师呈现课件,多媒体上显示出对话练习的基本句型结构,便于学生模仿。可鼓励学生根据以前所学到的知识,进行适当发挥。) 同桌组织并练习对话。老师在教室循环指导。2分钟后找同桌到讲台上表演对话。
Step 4. Translation Li Xiao is ill today. 李笑今天生病了。
She has a fever. 她发烧了。
She has a headache, too. 她也头疼。
I’m ill today. I have a fever. I have a cough, too.
我生病了。我发烧,还咳嗽。
I am sorry to hear that .Do you have a headache
