一、教学目标
（一）语言知识目标：
1、能理解、认读生词：horse、there is、there are、have a look、sheep、climbing、vegetable、face。
2、能理解和认读句子：
There is a horse in this photo.
(二)语言技能目标：
能用“There be”句型说句子。
（三）情感态度目标：
能在积极参与活动，和他人合作完成任务的过程中获得学习乐趣和学习成就感。
二、教学重点、难点：
重点：全体学生能听懂：There is a girl in this photo. She’s riding a horse. I can’t see her face.
难点：全体学生能认读：there is 、horse
三、教学准备：
多媒体课件，照片，黑板贴
四、教学过程：
I. 热身Warming up
sing a song（设计意图：通过这首歌曲，既复习了前面学过的进行时态，又为本节课学习做了很好的铺垫，同时通过唱歌活跃了课堂氛围。）
2. 导入：通过展示图片用“What can you see ”导出part1.并跟读,同时导入本节课的课题。
3, Presentation（知识呈现）
（一）通过展示图片，There are some nice photos here ,Sam and Amy are taking about these photos,now listen and watch the video and find What are in these photos 出示本节课的图片，学习新单词horse，sheep，用自然拼读法教授.并学习本节课的重点句型。
（运用任务型教学法，让学生有目的的开展学习，增强本学习环节的有效性。）
通过对另外几张图片的练习，让孩子更加熟悉There is a……. 这一句型。同时通过what is panda doing 自然的过渡到下一个环节what are t hey doing？
（二）Listen and answer：
What is the horse doing
What is the sheep doing
What is the cat doing
(设计意图：通过三个问题，了解图片上正在发生的动作，进一步加深对课文的理解)
（三）sing a song通过这首歌曲对本节课所学的知识加深记忆。孩子们很感兴趣，在歌曲的氛围中对知识进行了很好的巩固。
（四）Listen point and repeat.
1)Pay attention to your pronunciation.
2) Read in groups and then show in class.
(设计意图：学生跟读，提醒学生注意模仿语音语调，同时小组合作采用分角色朗读，进一步加深对课文的理解。)
