Level: 9th grade
Aim: To help students learn and use vocabulary related to talking about past habits and experiences.
Objectives:

To enable students to use the structure "used to + verb" to talk about past habits and experiences.
To provide practice in listening, speaking, and writing skills through a variety of activities.
Materials:
Whiteboard and markers.
Handouts with phrases and questions related to talking about past habits and experiences.
Pictures or video clips related to students' past experiences.
Procedure:
Warm-up:
Start by asking students to share a past experience that they used to be afraid of. Encourage them to use descriptive language to talk about their feelings and thoughts.
Vocabulary:
Introduce new vocabulary related to talking about past habits and experiences such as "used to," "would," "as a child," "when I was younger," and "back then." Write the words on the board and ask students to repeat after you. Explain the meaning of each word and provide examples of how to use them in sentences.
Listening:
