Procedure:
Warm-up
Greet the students and ask them to name some important inventions they know.
Write their answers on the board.
Presentation
Show pictures of important inventions, such as the telephone, the airplane, and the computer, and explain their impact on society.
Introduce the vocabulary related to inventions using the handout.
Practice
Divide the class into pairs.
Give each pair a set of pictures of inventors and their inventions.
