Yesterday was a pretty lucky day for me. Something happened that I will never forget. Let me tell you this story.
At first, it was sunny all day yesterday. However, at 6:00 p.m., when I walked out of school, the weather suddenly changed. There were thick(厚重的) dark clouds in the sky and the wind was blowing(吹). Therefore(因此), I began to feel worried because I didn’t bring an umbrella or raincoat with me when I left home in the morning. Then, it soon started to rain heavily. I had no choice but(别无选择，只能) run to home in the shower(阵雨). When I was making my way to home, I heard someone calling me from behind. I turned around(转身) and saw it was Li Ping. Fortunately(幸运地), he had an umbrella and asked me to share it with him. The end of the story is he walked all the way with me until I got home. How thankful I was for his kindness!
