本句是省略句，完全形式是“I’d love to eat out.”。“I’d love to.”经常用语礼貌地接受他人邀请，常用来回答“Would you like to ... ”提出的问题。

① I’d love to =I’d like to， 后者语气较前者弱。I’d =I would。
