Relax and breathe.

China’s top health authority(官方)put forward new guidelines(指导方针)to help people keep healthy. The guidelines, named“5125”, have some advice on keeping healthy, including daydreaming for five minutes every day and exercising each day for one hour.
People can do this by taking up a sport or joining a social group for exercising. The guidelines also suggest that people eat a different diet. According to the guidelines, people should eat 12 kinds of food every day, and 25 kinds of food in a week.
