Important words
1、one—ten 1—10
注意：从2开始，后面所有的名词都要加上复数。
e.g. two books 两本书
Ex 1：我有三枝红色的铅笔。
I have three red pencils.
Ex 2：他有六把漂亮的尺子。
He has six nice rulers.
2、for 为；给；对于
后面一般跟人或名词，且后面跟人时一般用宾格形式。
e.g. I give a gift for him.
我给他一个礼物。
Ex：这是给你的。
This is for you.
注意：当作为“对于”用时，有同义短语“as for”。一般放在句首。
3、Happy Birthday 生日快乐
happy 高兴的；快乐的
e.g. 我今天很高兴。
I’m very happy today.
birthday：生日
xx节日快乐
Happy xx ’s Day
e.g. Happy Teachers’ Day! 教师节快乐
4、how old 多大
e.g. How old are you？
你多大了？
Ex 1：他多大了？
How old is he
Ex 2：她多大了？
How old is she？
Ex 3：他们多大了？
How old are they？
回答用I’m…. He is…. She is….等。
e.g. I’m 9. 我九岁。 He is 12. 他12岁。
为使句子全面，有时需在年龄后面加years old.其形式有以下两种。
1、I’m 9 years old.
2、I’m 9- year-old.
注意：如果用year old，则需要在年龄后面和year 的后面加上连字符。即：年龄-year-old，如果用years old 则不需要加连字符。
5、the （特指）这（那）；这些（那些）
the 一般用在特指的名词前面，单数或复数均可，动词的后面。
e.g. the pen the pencils.
Open the pencil-box.
打开铅笔盒。
Close the door.
关上门。
