教学过程
Step 1:Warm-up 1. Greetings. 2. Enjoy a song. Step 2: Lead-in 1. What’s the song about (It’s about farm animals.) 2. Introduce the topic. Step 3: Presentation 1. Build the background information: visit a farm 2. Show a picture of pigs and teach the new word: pigs 3. Listen and guess: A: What do you hear now What are they B: They’re cows. 4. Look and say. A: Look! There’s a pond. Look at these. What are they B: They’re ducks. 5. Look and guess. A: Look at these. What are they B: They’re chickens. 6. Listen and guess: A: What do you hear now What are they B: They’re horses. Teach the new words: cows, ducks, chickens, horses Step 4: Practice 1. Show some pictures and ask students to guess and say. What are they /They’re… 2. Emotional teaching: Farm animals provide us with many things. They’re very important. We should love farm animals! Step 5: Summary 1. Review key words and sentences.
