表建议的句型

until/although/until引导的状语从句
1. until作连词,意为“直到”,引导时间状语从句。
①主句是肯定句时,其谓语用延续性动词,强调主句的动作或状态一直持续到从句的动作发生时为止,译成“直到……为止”。
②主句是否定句时,其谓语用非延续性动词,强调主句的动作在从句的动作发生之后才开始,一般译成“直到……才……”。
2. so that意为“为了,以便”,引导目的状语从句,相当于in order that,从句中多含有can, could, may, might等情态动词。
【拓展延伸】so that还可引导结果状语从句,意为“因此;所以”,此时从句中通常不含情态动词。
3. although意为“尽管;然而”,引导让步状语从句,相当于though。
【注意】although或though不能与but用在同一个句子中,但可以与yet, still同时使用。

三、基本句式
肯定句:主语 + was/were + 动词-ing + 其他
否定句:主语 + was/were + not + 动词-ing + 其他
一般疑问句:Was/ Were + 主语 + 动词-ing + 其他?
肯定回答:Yes, 主语 + was/ were.
否定回答:No, 主语 + wasn’t/ weren’t.
特殊疑问句:特殊疑问词 + was/were + 主语 +
动词-ing + 其他?
四、用法
1. 过去进行时表示过去某段时间内持续进行的动作。
常见的用于过去进行时的时间状语:this morning,
the whole morning, all day yesterday及when和while
引导的时间状语从句等。
2. 过去进行时可以表示在过去某个时间点发生的事
情,时间点可以用介词短语、副词或从句来表示。
3. 在复合句中,如果主句动作和从句动作都是延续
的或同时发生的,那么主句和从句的谓语动词都
可用过去进行时。

注意:表示主从句正在进行的动作或状态的对比时多用while:
