英国人只和亲戚或亲密的朋友用亲吻打招呼。
在人际交往中各国所采取的礼节 有所不同,握手几乎是全球大部分国家都能接受的问候方式。
亲吻脸颊是有些西方国家的问候方式。

They talk about the weather, holidays, music, books or something else.
他们谈论人气、假期、音乐、书籍或其他一些事情。
英国天气多变,因此英国人在日常生活中常以谈论天气打开话匣子。一般来说,年龄、体重、收入及婚否等等是聊天时应尽量避免的话题。

greet sb with a kiss= kiss sb as a greeting用亲吻的方式跟某人打招呼

6. They think it’s rude to push in before others.
他们认为在别人面前插队是无礼的。
push v. 推, 挤。其反义词pull意为“拉,拖,拔”。
push in 插队,加塞。美式英语常用cut in。

You shouldn’t push/cut in before us.你不应该在我们前面插队。
It is + adj + (for sb) + to do sth.
(对某人来说,)做某事……
句型中的it是形式主语,真正的主语是后面的to do sth.
e.g. It is impolite to ask British people
how old they are.
问英国人多大年龄是不礼貌的。
7. If you’re in the way, they won’t touch you or push past you.

till conj. 到……时, 直到……为止。同义词为until。
(1)用于肯定句时,主句谓语为延续性动词,表示动作或状态持续到till
或until 所表示的时间为止。
He waited for me until/till our school was over yesterday.
昨天他一直等我到我们放学。
(2) 用于否定句时,主句谓语为非延续性动词,表示动作直到till或until所
表示的时间才发生。not…until意为“直到……才”。
We can’t leave until we finish the work. 我们直到工作完成才可以离开。

either 用于否定句句末 其前可有逗号也可无逗号

He can’t sing, either.他也不会唱歌。
