Unit 2 Smell and taste 教学设计
教学目标
1.语言知识目标:
(1)掌握水果的单词:grape, strawberry, watermelon, blueberry, starfruit, grapefruit, pineapple。
(2)掌握句型Is it...or...
2.语言技能目标:
(1)通过本单元的学习,学生能熟练运用句型Is it...or... 来提问,并且能够用It’s.... 来回答。
(2)通过本单元的学习,学生能在情景中开展口语交际活动,并且能在恰当的语境中运用Is it...or... 写一写完成书本中的任务,draw and write。
(3)知道sh的组合发音。能运用已知来推断出未学过的词汇带有sh的简单单词发音。
3.学习策略目标:
本课的学习策略以情景教学为主,让学生在充满童话色彩的小动物们带领下学习本课知识。同时还利用游戏,歌曲,角色扮演,实物体验,等来提高学生学习兴趣,培养其动口动手和动笔能力。
4.情感态度目标:
(1)在情景充分感知英语语音语调的优美,爱听爱说英语,实际提高了学生口语交际欲望和表达能力。
(2)通过角色扮演,小组合作等来培养学生团队合作能力和互帮互组的精神。
(3)通过第二三课时的学习,明白参加派对要守时,对于狐狸的酸葡萄心理可取或不可取没有唯一的标准答案,但明白做人要实事求是。
学情分析
四年级学生已经有了三年多的英语学习积累,已经具备了较好英语听说能力和较基础的读写能力,能围绕所学的话题来表达自己所想,并且和能同伴进行简单的交流分享。在一、二、三年级中已经学过了部分水果单词,例如:apple, pear, peach, orange, banana等,对本单元主题Taste and smell的话题也是比较熟悉。另外对感官的形容还学过了例如:sweet, sour等词汇和It is….的句型。他们学习英语的兴趣浓厚,乐于表达和参与活动,更表现出较好动手小组合作能力。生动的语言场景和经典影片中的卡通人物,时尚的英语歌曲和游戏等,定能深受学生喜爱,能较好激发他们学习热情,调动他们的有意注意和无意注意。
教学过程

教学目标
1.熟练掌握并运用词汇strawberry juice, grape juice, watermelon juice。
2.运用句型:Is it...or... Is it... Taste it. How does it taste 来进行猜果汁的游戏。
3.能积极参与课堂活动,并运用所学单词和句型进行对话。
4.学习相关的party rule。

【导入】组织教学与复习
1. Greetings:
T: Good morning boys and girls. How are you today
2. Let’s chant:
T: Yesterday we’ve learned the sound of sh. Now let’s chant together.
3. Party is ready
展示参加party人物的照片以及食物的照片
T: Today, someone’s going to have a party. Look who’s she Yes.
We know Judy and her friends are going to have a party. They are busy doing some shopping. What do they buy for the party
They also buy some other food.

【讲授】新知识的呈现与归纳
1. Party rule
展示Flash照片
T: Who’s this
He is late. So remember when you are going for a party, don’t be late. It’s not polite.

4. Smell & Taste
教师拿果汁走近学生,让一个学生闻,然后请一个学生喝。
T: Judy also wants to taste some juice. What does she taste You don’t know, right But I know. You can ask me. Smell it.
S: Is it ____ juice or ______ juice
T: Taste it. How does it taste
S: Is it______ juice
T: Let’s take a look. Yes, it’s orange juice. So we can say.

【活动】新知识的巩固
1. Group work:
给每个小组分一些果汁,小组内用对话来确定果汁的名称,然后小组展示

2. Draw and write:
给每个同学发一张work sheet,让学生画上喜欢的果汁,并进行描述和提问
