From the pictures, we know that Frank only lay in bed and dreamed to become a doctor when he was 15 years old. However, 45 years later he still dreams to be a doctor lying in bed. It is clear that he lives in the dream without any actions. This is the reason why he has failed to realize his dream. In fact, it is not an easy thing to realize the dream.
As a student in Grade Nine, I also have a dream. I would like to be an engineer. And I will realize my dream step by step. First I should work hard. 2) 第四档（好） （13—16分）要点基本齐全，语言较流畅，有少量语法或拼写错误。
3) 第三档（适当）（9—12分） 要点基本齐全，语言欠流畅，有一些语法或拼写错误，但尚能达意。
4) 第二档（较差）（5—8分） 要点不全，语言不流畅，错误较多，影响理解。
5) 第一档（差） （1－4分） 仅写出１－２个要点。
6) 0分：未写任何内容；内容太少无法评判；写的内容均与所要求的内容无关；所写内容无法看清。
5. 对于围绕作文主题的适当发挥均可得分。
注意：时态错误扣1分，单词拼写3处错误扣1分，标点符号、大小写5处错误扣1分。

2、各档次的给分范围和要求
第一档（17—20分） 很好地完成了试题规定的任务。
覆盖所有内容要点；应用了较丰富的语法结构和词汇；用词准确、句子通顺、行文连贯、表达清楚，没有或基本没有语言错误；书写工整；字数符合要求。完全达到了预期的写作目的。
第二挡（12—16分） 较好地完成了试题规定的任务。
虽漏掉1、2个次重点，但覆盖所有主要内容；应用的语言结构和词汇虽不太丰富，但能满足任务的要求；句子较通顺、表达较清楚；有少量语言错误；书写工整；字数基本符合要求。达到了预期的写作目的。
第三档（8—11分）基本完成了试题规定的任务。
虽漏掉一些内容，但覆盖所有主要内容；应用的语言结构单一；句子不够通顺，行文不够连贯；语言错误较多；书写不够工整，字数较少。整体而言，基本达到了预期的写作目的。
第四档（0—7分）未恰当完成试题规定的任务。
漏掉或未描述清楚一些主要内容，写了一些无关内容；应用的语言结构单一且不规范；句子不通顺，行文不连贯；语言错误多；书写潦草，字数不足50。信息未能清楚地传达给读者
