Teaching procedure Step 1 Lead-in Show a video about how to greet other people and then ask students the main idea of the video. Justification:The video is vivid and about the main content of the passage, which can arouse the interests of students. Step2 Words and Phrases 1. Give students some pictures about time to help students master the new words, such as morning ,afternoon and evening. Step 3 Predict Before listening, the teacher will ask students to make a prediction. Step 4 Listen and fill in the blanks 1.Students will listen to the passage for the first time t check their prediction and grasp the main idea of the passage. 2. Students will listen to the passage for the second time and write down the names of the students. Justification: Through the activity 1, students will have a good understanding of this passage.
