一、教材分析(Analysis of Teaching Material)
本课选自外研社五年级上册Module2 Unit1 What did you buy 。本模块话题中关于购物的内容。这个单元贴近学生的生活,学生都很喜欢和家长去购买自己喜欢的东西,他们对此很感兴趣。在教学中让学生学会与人交流,跟人流利地叙述购物时买过的东西。What did you buy 是本课的关键句型,也是整个模块的重点,占有很重要的地位,它为后面的学习奠定了基础。
二、学情分析(Analysis of Students)
五年级的学生经过两年的英语学习,有一定的英语知识和技能基础,非常活泼,有很强的模仿能力和自主自律能力,但学习目的性不强,兴趣不高。因此,我会创设情境,灵活运用多种教学方法,注意培养他们的听、说、读能力,让学生乐于开口,参与其中。

1. New words learning
Learn the new words with the help of pictures and explanation, and then drill individually.
T: First, Let’s look at the picture. It’s a cake, right Do you like it I like it to. Actually, it’s a cheese cake. Do you know cheese It’s food. Look, it’s cheese. Read after me, cheese, cheese.
【设计意图】图文教学,让学生更容易理解和记忆生词。
2. New phrases learning
Learn the new phrases with the help of pictures、sentences and explanation, and then drill individually.
T: First, Let’s look at the picture. Look at me, how many sweets do I have One, two. “I have two sweets.” Read after me, how many, how many. There are two bananas. Tom, how many bananas do you have You can answer me “I have two bananas.” Find the differences between these sentences: “How many sweets do you have How many bananas do you have How much cheese do you have How much milk do you have ”

3. Play a game

4. Text learning
1) At the beginning of learning the text, tell a little story to bring the students into the situation and learn the usage of bought.

2)Listen to the tape for the first time and underline.
Underline sentences about “how many”, “how much” and “we bought”.

4)The third time watch the video and do a role play.
