hear sb. doing sth.意为“听到某人正在做某事” , 强调动作正在进行,可能你听到的只是动作的一部分。
hear sb. do sth.意为“听到某人做了某事”或“经常听到某人做某事” , 强调动作的全过程, 表示动作已经完成或经常做。
