Unit 4 Autumn
教材分析:
本单元以 “水果和蔬菜”为话题。本单元教学的重点是辨识近处和远处事物的陈述句These/Those are …和特殊疑问句What are these/those?及其回答They’re…。本单元的词汇是水果类和蔬菜类,需要多注意名词单复数形式的用法及读音。本单元的内容有浓厚的生活气息,课上可以创设情境,通过玩游戏、唱儿歌、看图说话等活动,复习旧知、练习新知。
学情分析:
一年级下册Unit7 What’s that?中已经学过了this和that的用法,在教学辨识近处和远处事物的陈述句These/Those are …和特殊疑问句What are these/those?时,可以由此引入。水果类单词和蔬菜类单词在一上Unit5和一下Unit3都有出现过,在教授目标词汇时要注意名词单复数形式的用法及读音。

Step 1. Warming up
1.Sing a song:What’s this
2.Free talk: What’s this/that (用身边的学习用品,承上启下)
T:What’s this
S:It’s a pencil.

Step 2. Presentation and practice
1.出示一只黄色的铅笔
T: Look. What’s this
S: It’s a pencil
T: Yes. This is a pencil.
T:Look!These are pencils.
(多媒体呈现多支黄色铅笔。)
(利用多媒体直接从单数过渡到复数形象直观,学生的大脑里马上能建立起复数的概念。)
S: Learn: these, These are …
(Read and spell. 用举例法强调th的发音)
2.Show the pictures
T: They’re yellow.
3.引出课题。
T: I like yellow. I like autumn. Autumn is yellow.
PPT出示秋天丰收的黄色物品。让学生感受到秋天是一个丰收的季节。
S: Learn: autumn, Unit 4 Autumn.
T: It’s autumn. It’s not hot. It’s not cold.(动作表示) It’s cool.
S: Learn: cool, It’s cool.(解释一个和以前学过的cool是不同的意思。)
4.Read and learn.
(1)T: Autumn is yellow. (出示图片)
Autumn is orange.
Autumn is red.
(引出苹果)
(2)T: What’s this
S: It’s an apple.
(学习apple, an apple)
(3) T: What are these (引出句型)
S: They’re apples.
(顺利由单数过渡到复数形式)
5.出示一些图片,让学生操练一下句型:
What are these
They’re…
6.同理学习:an orange.
What are these
They’re oranges.
7.用猜一猜的形式过渡到those
T: Is that an orange
S: No, it’s a pear.
(用手指的远近来指示,加深学生对these 和those的区别。)
T: Those are pears.
(由that过渡到those)
S: Learn ‘those’.(强调发音)
S:What are those
S: They’re pears.
8.同理学习:
What are those
They’re pumpkins.
(图片出示超级大南瓜)
S: Learn: Look, it’s so big.
9.Have a chant.
(将What are these

进行复现和巩固。)
10.Make a chant.
模仿前面的chant,让学生进行改编。
(提高学生兴趣,并加强学生对句子的运用。)
