How’s it going？意为“近来可好？/近况如何？/一切还好吗？”，相当于“How’s everything going ”，常用来询问对方最近的工作、生活或事情进展的情况，其后可接with sb./sth.。常用答语如下：Pretty good！相当好！

Terrible！糟透了！
Just so-so. 一般般。
Everything is going well. 一切进展顺利。
Not bad.意为“还不错。”，是口语中常用的表达，也可用“Not so bad./Not too bad. ”等，常用来回答最近工作、生活或事情进展的情况。
sound like意为“听起来像”，其后接名词、代词或句子。在英语中，类似于sound这样的感官动词，如look， feel， smell， taste等，其后均可接介词like，然后再接宾语。

拓展：(1)不用谢；别客气。用来回答感谢，相当于“You’re welcome.”。
(2)没关系；没什么。用来回答道歉。
(3)没问题。用来表示事情容易做。
