Lead in J. Lead-in Before class, the teacher will play the song "You and Me" by Liu Huan. T: Let's listen to the song together. Do you know who sang the song S: Yes! It's Liu Huan! Show Ss a picture of Liu Huan. T: What does he look like Does he have short hair Ss: No, he has long hair.
Presentation II. Presentation 1. Work on 1a T: Match each word with its opposite. Check the answers. Then ask the ss to write down words like this. 2. Work on 1b T: Look at the picture on page 17. How many pairs of twins can you see in the picture Who are they Ask Ss listen and number the pairs of twins in the picture. III. Pair work show the important structure on the blackboard then ask Ss to practice and make conversations. IV.Listening 1. Play the recording and ask Ss to complete the chart. 2. Play the recording again, ask Ss to find out the difference between Tina and Tara. V. Pair work Ask Ss to work in pairs. Ask student A to look at the chart on the right, student B to look at the chart on page 8. Tell them that they need to ask and answer questions about Sam and Tom.
作业 Homework: 1. Read and memorize the new words. 2. Talk about the differences between you and your brother/sister.
