1. Warm-up Sing the song “This little pig” 2. Lead-in 1)Greeting 2) Have a free talk with Ss based on the song. E.g. How do you feel 3)Show Ss a picture of pig by PPT. 3.Presentation/Practice 1) Present Ss the whole story of The Little pigs by PPT (Here in this section I divided it into the following parts ) 1> ①How many little pigs does the mother pig have ②Can you name the three little pigs ③What does the mother pig say to the little pigs 2)Present Ss a picture with 3little pigs and 3 roads in it , have Ss guess where they will go T: Look ,here we can see 3roads, they lead to different places, guess ,which road will the first little pig choose S: Green. T:What is it S:Farm 3)Text analysis Part A : Teacher show Ss the story by PPT and ask questions based on that. ① What does the little pig see on the farm ②What kind of house does he make ③Who is coming ④What does the wolf want to do ⑤What does the wolf say to the little pig ⑥Will the little pig let him in ⑦What will the wolf do to the house Part B:Teacher guide students to know the second part of the text. T:Where does the second little pig go T:What does the second little pig find here T:What kind of house does the second little pig build T:listen ,who is coming (play students the sound of wolf) T:Do you know what will the wolf do to the house And what does the wolf say to the little pig Please open your book on page 68,read it by yourself and try to find the keys. Part C:Teacher shows the students the picture of the third little pig.
