学情分析
本案例是根据清华版小学英语三年级上 Unit3 Lesson17的内容编写的,是本单元的第三课,在学完儿童节、教师节后继续学习描述母亲节的词汇和句型。要求学生掌握该节日的单词和短语,能用所学句型描述和谈论母亲节。在学习的过程中,让学生更加理解母亲的不易,让孩子要爱自己的妈妈。本课以发展语言实践能力为主线,以培养学生用英语进行交际的能力为最终目的。通过以旧带新的方法激励学生树立自信心,轻松接受新知识。
重点难点
教学重点:
(1) 词汇:a.掌握单词、短语:Mother’s Day, food, cook.
b.听懂、理解单词1个:food
(2)句型: a. 描述节日的句子:Happy Mother’s Day!

(3)语音:字母组合oo在单词中发短音[ u],

(设计意图:问题引入,在复习旧知的基础上为新课的学习起到一个呈上起下的作用,使学生迅速将注意力集中到课堂上来营造了良好的气氛。)
