1. dry (教材P40 1a)

eg：Put on your coat, or you’ll have a cold.

3. cool (教材P40 1a)
cool形容词，意为“凉爽的”。
eg：It's very cool here in autumn. 这里秋天天气很凉爽。
cool形容词，还可意为“酷的；冷静的”。
eg：Justin Bieber is very cool. 贾斯汀 比伯非常酷。
She always keeps cool in the exams. 她在考试中总是保持冷静。
cool 指“凉爽的”，也就是“不冷不热的”，其反义词为warm。
cold 指“冷的”，尤其指温度低，其反义词为hot
eg：It’s cool in Kunming now. 昆明现在天气凉爽。
