1. How’s the weather in Shanghai
询问天气情况一般用：How’s the weather…… =What’s the weather like…… 意为“……的天气怎么样？”weather不可数名词，意为“天气；气象”不能与不定冠词a，an连用。这里的like作介词，意为“像”。答语常为“(It’s+)表示天气状况的形容词.”或“It’s + v-ing.”。
eg：－What's the weather like today 今天天气怎么样？
－It’s raining/snowing/blowing/thundering and lighting.
正在下雨/下雪/刮风/打雷和闪电。
－It’s sunny/windy/cloudy/rainy/snowy/fine

2. raining 正在下雨
◆ rain作动词，意为“下雨”。
eg：It hardly rained at all last summer. 去年夏天几乎没怎么下雨。
◆ rain还可以作名词，意为“雨，雨水”。
eg：Don’t go out in the rain. 下雨呢，不要出去了。
◆ 用形容词heavy/light表示雨的大/小。
eg：What a heavy rain! 多大的一场雨啊！
◆ 在表示“下雨”时，可以用rain的不同形式来表达。
