Nowadays more and more children seem to get lost in a "sea of digital (数字) technology".
As they use digital technology too much, they are losing their ability to do simple things. They can't make toys themselves with hands or help Mum cook dinner. And worst of all, they seem to be losing interest in communicating with others.

Food in China and western countries is different. China has about five thousand years' history. They may spend half of their time on food.
Chinese people choose food very carefully. They only use fresh materials to make food. For example, they only eat fresh fish. Chinese have a lot of ideas for cooking.
