教学目标
1.正确朗读下列词汇writer, July, March, April, May, June, August, September, October, November, December, January, thousand ,fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth,ninth, tenth,eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, twentieth birthday, date, plan, celebrate, party....
2.能够学习英语年、月、日的表达法.
3.学习序数词和英语日期的表达法及读法。
4.讨论并学习如何描述物体的形状、颜色、尺寸和用途.
5.描述物体长度、宽度和用途的表达方式.
---Where was he born ----In Maryland, the U.S.A.
---When were you born ---I was born in January, 1995.
---What’s the date today ---It’s May 8th.
---Mm, then what’s the shape of your present ----It’s round.
Was it like a flower just now
---How long is it --- It is 24 centimeters long.
---What do we use it for ---We use it to keep pencils, rules, erasers and so on.

三.教学过程
Step 1 复习
复习单词,给学生两分钟记单词后开始操练。
词汇训练营,复习重点单词,并在句子中操练词汇变形。
短语训练营。每播放一张ppt,给孩子一分钟记忆,之后开火车回忆短语。
句型大闯关
复习Section A和Section B的经典句子。
---Where was he born ----In Maryland, the U.S.A.
---When were you born ---I was born in January, 1995.
---What’s the date today ---It’s May 8th.
---Mm, then what’s the shape of your present ----It’s round.
Was it like a flower just now
---How long is it --- It is 24 centimeters long.
---What do we use it for ---We use it to keep pencils, rules, erasers and so on.

1.通过展示一些日期,让学生朗读,并问答练习,复习Section B的重点。导入学习生词present。
2.呈现生词及学习表形状的词语。
3.听1a录音,回答问题.
4.观看Flash动画,注意模仿语音语调。
5.读1a对话,完成1b表格。
Step3.导入Section D
1.看图,复习描述物体长度、宽度和用途。
听录音,回答问题。
学生自读2中的短文,判断表述正误。
观看Flash动画,注意模仿语音语调,并复述课文。
写作训练,让学生根据3的提示信息模仿2进行写作练习。
Step4 语法训练营。
一般过去时态
定义:表示过去某一时间所发生的动作或存在的状态。
谓语动词:要用一般过去式。
时间标志:yesterday, last week, last month(上个月), last year(去年), two months ago(两个月前), the day before yesterday(前天),in 1990 (在1990年), in those days (在那些日子里)等表示过去的时间状语。
如: I was born in 1990. (我出生在1990年)。
I went to the park last week. (我上周去的公园)
Be 动词的一般过去时态
在没有实义动词的句子中使用be动词, am/is的过去式为was; are的过去式为were.
构成:
肯定句:主语+was (were) +宾语
如:I was late yesterday. (昨天我迟到了。)
否定句:主语+was (were) +not+宾语
如:We weren't late yesterday. (我们昨天没迟到)
一般疑问句:Was (Were) +主语+宾语
如: Were you ill yesterday (你昨天病了吗?)
肯定回答: Yes, I was. (是的,我病了。)
否定句: No, I wasn't. (不,我没病。)
特殊疑问句: 特殊疑问词+was (were) +主语+宾语
如:When were you born 你是什么时候出生的?
二、序数词
1、学习序数词及日期的表达方法
基数词变序数词的规律
1, 2, 3 要牢记, 结尾各是t,d,d;
8去t,9去e; ve要用f 替;然后再加th;
整十变化需注意, ty变成tie, 后面再加th;
假如遇到“几十几”,只变个位就可以
日期的表达方法
①月日,年 May 21st, 2001 读作:May (the) twenty-first, two thousand and one
②日月,年 25th May, 2001 读作:the twenty-fifth of May, two thousand and one
