I.Warm-up /Revision1. Greeting .2. Sing the chant on page 16 together.3. Show pictures to review the key words and sentences we learned in last lesson.设计意图:让学生在最快的时间了解本课要学习内容,也让学生保持好奇心,想到今天会学什么?对学习买东西的重点难点进行复习,为新授课做准备。
Step II.. Presentation& Practice 1.T shows a toy shop on PPT, let Students observe what’ s in the toy shop. T :Look! What’ s this Lead Students say the word bike out, write it on the blackboard, and teach the word in many ways.(Teach the new words: car, bus, taxi, motorbike, jeep, coach in the same ways.)设计意图:教师采用直观教学法,帮助同学们对所学词汇的音、形、义有了更深刻的印象。2.T: Everyone, now I am a saleswoman, you are the customers, I’ ll show my toy on PPT, Let’ s make a dialogue.Ss: OK!T:What can I do for you (Show the picture of a car. )Lead Ss to say the sentence: I want a toy car.The teacher answers:I want to buy a toy car.(Write the sentences on the black board.)Lead Ss to practice the dialogue in many ways.设计意图:设置情境,让学生置身于语境中,为学生创设了更为真实的语言环境,激发学生说的欲望,对本课的新句子“What can I do for you I want to buy a…进行学习,在固定情景中达到练习的目的。3.Play a guessing game: How much is it (T show several pictures of vehicle on PPT one by one, let Ss work in group for four to play the game. One ask question: How much is it Other group members guessing its price, finally, T publish the price. )设计意图:设计游戏环节,让孩子能高兴的投入到本课的学习中去,并在现实情景运用出来。在上节课的时候已经对价格有了一定的学习,所以在本课中复习的作用较多。在活动过程中,发展学生的思维,提高学生的运用语言的能力。尽量让每个学生都有自己想要说的话。每一个学生开口说的机会。4.Just talkShow the cartoon of Just talk, let Ss have a look and guess what happen.Let Ss read the dialogue by themselves, get the main idea and underline the difficult words.Point several Ss to say their opinions about this dialogue, then T make a summary.(Yang Ming and his mother went to buy a motorbike.)Teach the new word choose, and use to make sentences.Play the tape for Ss two times, only the second time, Ss follow it..(6)Dividing the class into three groups, read the dialogue in roles.设计意图:直面出示本课的内容,结合学生现有的认知水平,用自学与小组合作的方式,培养学生解决问题的能力。通过听音、跟读等方式,培养学生良好的语音语调。5.T give some examples to distinguish the sentence“ I want to buy a …”from “I want a …”设计意图:让学生学会区别两个句子的不同点,避免知识点的错误。6. Let’ s chant.(1)Let Ss read the chant by themselves, and pay attention to the pronunciation of the letter “e”.(2)Emphasis the pronunciation of the letter “e” is /e/.(3)Play the tape two times, only the second time, Ss clap hands and follow it.(4)Let Ss chant in many ways.设计意图: 通过多种形式朗诵歌谣,帮助学生感知对字母e的发音规律。提升诵读歌谣的节奏能力和单词句子的运用能力。
III. Consolidation or summary:1、Make new conversations in groups.Fill in the blanks.设计意图:旨在巩固本课学习内容,帮助学生对所学内容加深印象。
IV. Additional Activities:.My toy shopMake a situation: Today is Children’s Day, you can sell your toy to make money, then help the children in need.Let Ss work in groups to sell their toy out.The one who first sell his/ her toy will be the winner.设计意图:这一环节设计拍卖活动,引导学生借助关键词和目标语言创编新的对话,提高学生的语言实际运用能力。表演售货员和顾客之间的对话。此处要求不单是语言上的过关,更有肢体形态上的要求。引导学生在生活中,懂礼貌,讲文明。
V.Homework:1.Do exercise book.2. Work in group four to make a role-play about shopping. 设计意图:作业形式比较灵活,能激发学生学习英语的兴趣,满足学生的学习欲望,在小组活动中巩固所学内容,为英语学习打下坚实基础。
