Show some pictures about travelling. Talk with students about these pictures.

Show the picture of the first part on Page 68.
T: Please look at the picture. Suppose you are in this place. Try to make dialogues with the help of the questions on the right of this part. (课件出示:教材P68第一部分图片。)

2. Make dialogues.

6. Listen and answer.
T: Please listen to the dialogue. Answer the following questions.

7. Review the usage of nominal possessive pronouns.
Let students create situations by themselves. Then practice the usage of nominal possessive pronouns by making new dialogues.

A: Whose storybooks are these
B: The storybooks are S1 and S2's. They are theirs.
8. Read and find.
(1)Ask students to read the sentences and find “friends” for the words in the table on Page 69.
(2)Check the answers. (出示课件)
(3)Review the pronunciation rules of “th, wh, nk, ng”.
(4)The teacher plays the recording. Students read the four sentences after the recording. And then students read by themselves.
Step 3:Practice
Prepare some students’ articles. Give them out to each group. Students try to guess the owners of the articles in groups.
Guess like this:

The group finding out the owners of all the articles in the shortest time is the winner.
