Lesson 17
I.学情分析:
本单元主要学习的是从“班级、家庭”到“社会”的各种我们应当遵守的rules(规则)。语法知识方面涵盖了:一般现在时、祈使句、现在进行时态和情态动词句等诸多句型,学习起来有一定的难度。
本课书是第三单元的第五教,学生们在学习完15、16课的“家规”后,我们继续把视野向外扩展,扩展到我们的街道、马路、公园等公共场所,在哪里我们要遵守的就是social rules(社会规则)。虽然有了前面“班规、家规”作为铺垫,但是本课中仍然出现了不少的生词,这也成为学生们学习的难点。
所以本课书我们尽量采用以新代旧的学习方法,尽可能创设情境,使这样一节难度较大的对话课能够很好的完成。

Step 3. Reviewing the previous lessons: a.To review the new words and phrases. b.To write down the new words, phrases and sentences from memory. Step 4. Presentation: (Learning the new words and phrases) T: We have learnt the class rules and the home rule in the past. And today let’s learn another kind of rules. Please look at the picture. Do you know what kind of rules it is Ss: Social rules. T: We must obey the social rules. Let me ask you some questions about how to obey the rules. T: What must we do, when we cross the road Ss: We must wait for the green light. T: Yes, you’re right. And remember: Look out! (Learning the new words and phrases: cross v.穿越,横穿;如:cross the street / cross the river / …; wait for … 等待…,如:wait for the bus / wait for my best friend / …; look out 小心; look out (of) … 向…外面看,如:look out of the window/the door) <出示随地吐痰和乱丢垃圾的图片> T: If you notice the children’s bad behaviors, what should you say to him Ss: … T: You mustn’t spit on the ground. (Learning the new words: spit v.吐痰;spit on the ground) 随地吐痰;spitting(现在分词);litter v.乱扔垃圾;n.垃圾; 如:throw the litter) 在开始上课之前,教师与学生亲切自然地相互问候,使学生快速进入英语学习的氛围,同时为下一步教学作铺垫 利用图片进行提问,直接导入新课,学习生词和短语,坚持词不离句的原则,使学生们对“社会规则”有初步了解,为后面进一步学习课文打下基础,做好铺垫 直观的图片给学生们形象的感受,便于一些单词的理解、学习和掌握

Completing some exercises about the new language points Assigning today’s homework: ★ To complete the exercises of “一课一练(Lesson 17)”; ★★ To retell the whole text with your classmates in groups. 根据不同的生词、短语、句中而采用不同的导入和学习方法,使学生们学习起来不枯燥,学习兴趣大大提高,效果也有所提高 培养锻炼学生们的听、写能力,使英语水平得以全面提高,同时也利用这一方法巩固学习了课文内容
