Teaching aids: PPT, pictures cards, some fruits and other things for role play, phones( the students prepared)
Teaching time: 40 minutes
一、教学目标:
1. 知识与能力目标:
能够在相关语境中,正确听、说、认读下列表示病情的短语have a bad cold, have a fever, have a cough, have a headache等;能够在真实的语境中正确听、说、读、写词汇dear, ill, worry, afraid, bad和句子 I’m ill today. I have a bad cold.等。能够了解字母o在单词中的发音,并做到发音准确、清晰。
2. 过程与方法目标:
能够借助图片和所学的单词和句型,在适当的情境中向他人介绍自己的病情、能够向别人提供帮助、关心他人,在此基础上完成模拟情景的戏剧表演。
能够在真实的语境中正确听、说、读Don’t worry about your lessons. I’ ll help you with your lessons.等语句,并在恰当场景运用这些语句。
3. 情感态度价值观:
能够通过疾病话题的学习,养成关心身边的同学、朋友和家人健康状况的情感,摒弃生活中的不良习惯,能够主动地表达关切之情,并提供力所能及帮助的意识。
二、教学重点:
1. 能够在相关语境中,正确听、说、认读下列表示病情的短语have a fever, have a cough, have a headache等;能够在真实的语境中正确听、说、读、写下列词汇dear, ill, bad, afraid, worry 等。
2. 能够在相关语境中,正确听、说、认读下列表示关心,提供帮助的语句:Don’t worry about your lessons. I’ll help you with your lessons.等;能够在真实的语境中正确听、说、读、写I’m ill today. I have a bad cold.等语句,并在恰当场景运用这些介绍病情、表示关心的语句。
三、教学难点:
1. 能够借助图片和所学的单词和句型,在适当的情境中向他人介绍自己的病情、或是安慰帮助别人,并在此基础上完成情景表演。
2. 能够在真实的语境中正确听、说、读、写I’m ill today. I have a bad cold.等语句,并在恰当场景运用这些语句。
四、教学过程:
Step 1: Warm-up/Revision
1. Guess what’s in the blue box and then make a call.(使用学生提前准备的手工折纸电话)
Teacher: I bring you a big blue box. Can you guess what’s in it
Students: A toy.
Students: A doll.
Students: A ball…
Teacher: Look, there are some pictures. This is the picture of Chen Ziying.
Hello, may I speak to Chen Ziying please
Chen Ziying: This is Chen Ziying speaking.
教师给两个同学打电话,之后由同学向同学打电话,对打电话的同学首先进行猜测,既复习所学的有关打电话的知识,又烘托了气氛,激发了学生的学习兴趣。使用手工制作的电话,增加了学生参与课堂的积极性。
2. Revision
由打电话引入对19课的复习,为新知识做铺垫。
Teacher: Listen! There is another call coming. Let’s see. Who is she
Students: she is Kate.
Teacher: What did she say in the call
Students: I’m ill today. I have a bad cold. I have a headache.
Teacher: Good. What did Miss Liu say
Students: Don’t worry about your lessons.
复习旧知,学习新知。
Step 2: Presentation
1. 由两段电话录音来学习本课新知识。
Teacher: Today, there is another girl ill. She can’t go to school. Let’s listen.
Teacher: What’s wrong with her
Students: She has a cough.
教师教授短语have a cough ,学生跟读。学生挨个读,检验学生发音。
Teacher: Can Miss Jiang help her How can Miss Jiang help her
Students: I’ll help you with your lessons.
引导学生说出本课新句子并加以练习。

B: Don’t worry about your lessons. I’ll help you with your lessons.
两人一组练习对话,巩固新知。
2. 由录音2学习have a fever.
a. 录音结束后教师领读短语,学生跟读。
b. 小游戏练习读短语。
c. 练习句型:I’m ill today. I have a …
3. 游戏。白班游戏,巩固学生对新知的掌握,放松学习状态。
4. Let’s chant.
看视频学习歌谣,学生跟唱。感知字母o的发音。
Step 3: Practice
教师给出四个场景图,学生根据情景编对话。

编对话,巩固所学新知,为下面的小组对话做准备。
Step 4: Language use
If your friend is ill, what will you do Can you help her/ him with her /his lessons Talk about in your group, and then act it out.
小组形式表演对话,展示成果。
Step 5: How to keep healthy
Teacher: Health is so important. But how can we keep healthy Can you give us some suggestions.
学生积极发言,畅谈保持健康的举措。
Step 6: Summary.
学生自己做总结,今天学到了什么。
Step 7: Homework
1. Talk about the new words and sentences with your partner.
2. Talk with your parents about how to keep healthy.
