既可修饰可数也可修饰不可数名词的:plenty of, a lot of, lots of, a large quantity of, a good supply of 。

6. shadow n. 阴影;影子
shadow &shade
shadow指因挡住强光而形成的黑影子, 此时shadow为可数名词。如:

shade指任何遮住阳光的地方, 此时shade为不可数名词。如:
