教学目标
(一)知识目标:
1.在语境中正确运用本单元的核心词汇leaf,colourful
2.运用What colour are/is… The…is/are colourful询问物体的颜色。
(二)能力目标:
能通过本节课学习发现周围更多的五颜六色的事物。
(三)情感目标:
1.通过询问颜色和寻找身边的事物,体会用英语交流的乐趣。
2.通过学习,感受身边多色彩的事物和世界。
学情分析
本课是上海教育出版社牛津英语4BModule3,Unit8 Colours and places的教学。本节课语言操练学习了句型如What colour is/are the… The…is/are colourful.的语言点;培养学生对语言真实性的理解,使学生在真实的语言情景下掌握、运用语言,最终完成本节课的教学任务。本单元教学内容与学生的兴趣 和生活经验有着密切联系并且为老师和学生留有充分的发展空间。 本单元教学采用适当的表现形式,为学生提供具有生活性、时代性和文化性的课程内容,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,增强他们的自信心和求知欲,使他们掌握一定的语音、语法等基础知识,进而发展学生听、说、读、写的英语技能,经过本节课学习让学生达到使用英语与他人交流的目的,从而加深对自己、他人和周围世界的感知和了解。
重点难点
教学重点:
(一)、在语境中正确运用本单元的核心词汇leaf,colourful
(二)、运用What colour are/is… The is/are colourful询问物体的颜色。
教学难点: What colour are/is… The…is/are colourful 单、复数的运用。
教学过程
【导入】(一)、情景引入,对话交流
Free talk:
T: let’s play a game. From this game, I can see your personality. Look There is a magic box in the picture. It will tell you what your personality is What colour do you like S: I like red. T: I think you are an active person.
【设计意图】以旧知带新知,慢慢引入colour的话题让学生进行讨论。
【讲授】探究新知,引出重点 
1.Learn the new pattern and the new words.
T: I think colours are around us. So colourful things are around us too. Look. Here is a rainbow. The rainbow has many colours. What colour can you see in the picture.
S1: I can see blue.
S2: I can see red. ….
T: The rainbow has so many colours. The rainbow is colourful.
【设计意图】彩虹是雨后常见的自然现象,而且颜色鲜艳可以供学生进行对眼写的讨论和感知。并由此学习生词colourful和句型。
2. Talk about some colourful things all around us.
T: The rainbow is colourful in our daily life. What other things are colourful in our daily life
【设计意图】有彩虹的五颜六色引出讨论话题,讨论日常生活中五颜六色的事物并训练重点句型The…is/are colourful.
3.Talk about the leaves’ colour.
T: What colour of the leaves can you see in the picture The leaves have different colour in different seasons. What colour are they in spring/ summer/ autumn/ winter
S1: The leaves are green in spring.
S2: The leaves are red in summer.
S3: The leaves are golden in autumn. S4: In winter, the trees have no leaves, but they have snow. They are white.
【设计意图】 根据幻灯片讨论生活中不同季节中树叶的不同颜色。由此感知新句型The leaves are colourful!
4. Talk about the colour of our city. T: The rainbow is colourful. The leaves are colourful. How about our city. I think Changchun has many beautiful places, right What colour are they
T: You have five minutes to talk about it in your groups. Then you can fill in the blanks on the paper. S: (Talk about the city’s colour in groups and finish the passage.)
【设计意图】本环节加深学习内容,听说过渡到读写,满足中高年段学生的英语学习要求,根据图片讨论我们的城市,让学生写一写不同季节我们城市的颜色如何。
【活动】内容拓展,文化渗透
1.What colour is the world?
T: There are many colourful places in Changhcun. They are very beautiful. So the world also has many colourful places. I have a video. Let’s have a look.
T: There are many colourful places in the world. I’ll check your memory. Can you match the colourful things with the countries. You have two minutes to talk about it in your groups.
S: (Match the colourful things with the countries in different seasons.)
【设计意图】本环节对学生适当地进行文化渗透,帮助孩子拓展文化视野。幻灯片出现不同国家具有代表性的事物让学生进行讨论和匹配。提升教学内涵,提升学习质量。
