【原文】Here are some ways to protect your eyes. To keep your eyes healthy, first you should get into the habit of sitting straight while you are reading or writing. Second, look at things far away to relax your eyes. Third, remember to do eye exercises. While sitting comfortably, just think that there’s a big clock in front of you. Move your eyes up to 12 o’clock. Stop for a second, and then lower your eyes to 6 o’clock. Stop again. Keep doing this about fifteen times and then cover your eyes with your hands for a few seconds, letting them rest in the darkness. And last, doing sports is also a good eye exercise. Table tennis is a sport with a small ball travelling at high speed. It is the best sport to help train and relax your eyes.
