In Ancient China, a traditional “capping ceremony” was held for a man at 20 and a “hair-pinning ceremony” for a woman around 15.
On the South Pacific island of Pentecost, a ceremony of land diving takes place only for boys at the age of 9 or 10.
In the US, people get certain rights at 16, like to work or to drive. Many girls like to celebrate this festival with a sweet 16 party and boys celebrate it in similar ways.
At what age are you allowed to do the following things in China
