若词性不吻合,则要将其转化为正确的形式。
1.针对根据首字母提示补全单词题,考生可以采取以下方法:
(1)通读全文,了解大意。
初读时,可以跳过空格,尽量捕捉文章提供的内容信息,以及语法方面的提示,有助于下一步分析与判断。
(2)再读全文,理清脉络。
通读全文,掌握大意后,聚焦在含有首字母的一两个句子中,用已知信息去获取未知信息,以便初步确定设空处单词的含义。在答题过程中,可以把后面括号内已经给出单词的设空处先填好,减少空格对阅读造成的障碍,然后再仔细推敲提示首字母的设空处。利用上下文的语境,推断所缺词汇。再结合学过的知识,分析其在句中所作的成分,从而确定所填词的词性,再根据时态和语法规则来判断所填词的正确形式。
2.针对盲填题,考生可以采取以下方法:
(1)冠词:根据语境,若空后的名词表示单数概念,且该空表泛指或特指,则考虑用冠词。表泛指用不定冠词a/an(以元音音素开头的单词,用不定冠词an修饰;以辅音音素开头的单词,用不定冠词a修饰);表特指用定冠词the。或者是根据一些固定搭配选择冠词。
